• We also offer to the newly constructed building our building verification and warranty service. Approximately one percent of the value of any new construction above three million dollars can be recaptured as a result of these services.
• Our operational cost containment services allow the facility managers to do just that -- control operational expenses.

Our program is designed for a facility large enough to require regular maintenance and repairs but does not warrant a full time maintenance employee.

• The ideal commercial building is approximately 20,000 square feet or larger. Typically, healthcare surgical centers or clinics are over 10,000 square feet.
• Comparing the long term cost of operating a modern facility, it is simply less expensive to retain a professional operations manager than to sub-contract individual repair services as they become necessary.

When compared objectively, our program will, in most cases, cost less than paying for the necessary maintenance and repairs that come with any building. In addition, the expense of our program will be less than the sum of the savings realized as a result of the program.
